Koocanusa Escape is designed for longer stays (30+ days), the home offers comfort, a full kitchen, and a peaceful setting to unwind and enjoy the best of summer. Please note that this unit is accessible via stairs only.

This cozy second-floor unit features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, making it ideal for couples, small families, or longer stays.
The bright full kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with full-size appliances, clean finishes, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
In the kitchen you’ll find a Baking sheet, BBQ utensils, Coffee, Coffee maker, Dishes and silverware, Wine glasses, Hot water kettle, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster and Trash compactor.
Plus a washer, dryer, and free parking are included. Perfect for those 30-day stays!

Bedrooms
The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed with beautiful mountain views, offering a peaceful place to wake up and unwind.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed, making it a great space for kids or additional guests.

Outdoor Space
Outside, you’ll find a spacious deck with morning sun — a great spot to enjoy your coffee or start the day in a quiet setting. There is also a propane firepit available for use, offering a simple place to gather in the evenings.
The outdoor area adds extra room to spread out, making it easy to enjoy fresh air and time outside throughout your stay. Please note that pets are not allowed in this home.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy full access to the entire Carriage House, including all indoor living spaces, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.
The property is located within Koocanusa Village, a quiet lakeside community surrounded by mountains and natural beauty, just moments from Lake Koocanusa.
In the summer months, the lake is perfect for swimming, boating, and enjoying the outdoors. The community also features a pickleball court for added recreation. Water levels and shoreline access may vary outside of peak season.
Please note that some amenities within the community are seasonal and may be subject to availability.
